Custom Order faqs

  • We suggest you kick-start the custom order journey at least three months before your event. This allows us ample time to craft your piece with the care it deserves. Rush orders? We can make it work, but do note that the pricing might need to be adjusted.

  • Each custom order is as unique as you, and so is the cost. It depends on the complexity and details of the design. But don't worry, we're all about creating stunning pieces that don't break the bank.

  • Shipping costs are determined by the size and weight of your beautiful garment(s). Please note that the minimum shipping cost for a customer order is $50, but this may increase depending on the specifics (weight, timing) of your order.

  • Once we've started crafting your piece, we can't accept cancellations or returns. This is because your order is personalized just for you. We urge you to be sure of your design choices before we start. Rest assured, we're committed to making sure you're thrilled with the final piece.

  • If you stumble upon any unexpected issues with your custom order, don't hesitate to get in touch. Our dedicated team will dive into your concerns and work tirelessly to find a resolution. While we can't accept returns or cancellations, we're committed to ensuring your piece is everything you imagined.

  • Your vision is our command. We engage in detailed consultations, create sketches or digital renderings for your approval, and maintain open communication throughout the creation process. Before we ship, we share photos of the finished garment for your final nod, ensuring the piece is a perfect reflection of your vision.

  • During the initial consultation, we encourage you to spill all the details about your desired piece to minimize revisions. Minor tweaks are usually covered in the initial cost. However, significant changes that require extra materials or labor might bring additional charges, which we'll discuss and agree upon with you beforehand.

  • To start a custom order at Ekta By Anand, we require a few key details from you. These include:

    • Your vision for the piece: Be it a description, a sketch, or a photo of a design you love. The more you share, the better we understand your expectations.

    • Your measurements: For that perfect fit, we'll guide you on how to take these.

    • Your budget: This helps us suggest materials and design elements that won't stretch your wallet.

    • Event date: So we can schedule our work to ensure your piece is ready for your big day.
